Fluxx

Fluxx is a card game designed for 2-6 players that centers on hand management and finishing a specific goal set to win. The catch is that the goal and the rules to the game change as you play. The game begins with only three rules: everyone begins with three cards, and on each turn each player can draw one card and play one card. As the game goes on players draw cards with new rules and goals for winning the game. Each goal requires a specific set of keeper cards that a player must have played in front of them to win. The key is to try to collect the right keepers, avoid "creeper" cards, and try to change the rules and goal in your favor.
